Return Policy
Every order we ship is packed with the upmost care in padded or crushproof packaging. They are plain and unmarked in every way so there is no link to the goods within.
If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition, or the package arrives opened you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. We will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging with any additional notices or stickers that came with them. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch you a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge.
Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so.
We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
